Theo, 20 year old community college student, is between two lives—his adulthood in which he’s lacking a firm career direction, and the childhood in which he had all his limbs. “Better Than New” is a spin-off from my first full-length novel, released August 11, 2014 by Dreamspinner Press. Theo has a walk-on part in The Nesting Habits of Strange Birds, but “Better Than New” belongs to him.
